A collection of test videos can be found here, here, and here. Then, I made the mistake of entering “lightsaber” into Google Video's search box and I got back about 376 links, the whole first page looks like more fan videos!
You can do the same search in youtube, but the links don't seem as good, thought this one was cute.
And can we ever forget the original Star Wars Kid?
