Feeling tired?

The only reason I am posting this is so you can look at this cute picture. Sleeping on Feet

The real reason for the original haha.nu post was to discuss 22 tips to avoid feeling tired from WebMD.

In short:

  • Have breakfast
  • Eat every three to four hours
  • Fill up on more fiber
  • Fuel your brain with omega-3s
  • Stay hydrated
  • Watch caffeine intake after noon
  • etc.
